Paul Drayton of 360 Inspections did a great job at a fair price. He studied the drawings and knew exactly what was supposed to be done. He had extensive knowledge and even questioned the builder about a missing elevation drawing. His final report was complete and his follow-up with the builder was thorough. Long distance building isn’t easy….I live in Montana and building in Yulee.  We were at the point of transition and needed an inspector.  Friends locally recommended the company.  Easy to request service, Paul called …the date was confirmed.  He sent pictures and a comprehensive report. I had Paul come out and do a condo inspection.  Once scheduled, Paul, sent a email out confirming time and date.  The email also contained a payment link which was very handy.  Paul was on time and did a very thorough inspection.  We had our 4-point inspection (needed for insurance) within 1 hour after the unit was inspected.  He also discussed his findings prior to sending inspection information via email.  I would highly recommend Paul to anyone needing a inspection in the Fernandina area. We just used 360 Inspections for a house we are purchasing in Fernandina Beach. Paul was very thorough in his investigation of every aspect of the condition of the house. Without his report we never would have known about all the issues the house had with plumbing and electric. A home purchase is the biggest and most important investment anyone can make.
