Michelle Shiroma2024-07-05Paul recently did an inspection on a house under purchase contract. He found water leaks (from the roof) and other multiple roofing issues. In FL, you definitely do not want to buy a home with roofing issues. He also found 14 windows in the home had broken seals. The seller previously had a pre-inspection done and it was not thorough. Paul did an exceptionally thorough job and had a delightful personality to go with it. I also found Paul to be trustworthy and honest. I will definitely hire 360 Inspections again in the future.
